Police have released a sketch of the suspect who they say stabbed a man at his own home in Chesterfield Township.
Police say the victim returned home on April 8 around 8:30 a.m. from dropping his kids off at their bus stop when he found a man in the garage of his home on Galestown Circle.
Police say there was a confrontation between the two and the suspect stabbed the man in the stomach before running off.
Chesterfield police had the help of Bordentown Township police and their K-9s, as well as Pembertown Township police and two of their K-9s. They searched the area that day but found nothing.
That's why they're asking the public to take a look at the sketch in case you recognize this man who they want to question about the aggravated assault, FOX 29's Shawnette Wilson reported live Friday night from Chesterfield.
Rain arrives for the second half of the work week. Another fall-like blast of cool weather to follow for the weekend.
Scattered showers are possible tonight as a cold front approaches the area. Otherwise, the best chance for rain will be Thursday afternoon and night where we'll see on and off showers and thunderstorms.
Clouds and showers linger though much of Friday. We may still see a passing shower Saturday. Unseasonably cool air returns this weekend where both days only see high temps in the mid 70s with many of us falling into the 50s at night.
