Brandywine Park Flasher Turns Himself In To Police

WILMINGTON, Del. -

Police have arrested a man accused of exposing himself to a woman jogging on a trail in Brandywine Park in Wilmington, Delaware.

55-year old Nicholas Saienni turned himself in at Wilmington Police Headquarters yesterday afternoon after investigators contacted him.

Police say the woman who ran across Saienni was able to take this picture of the suspect as he turned to run away. They believe he's the same guy who exposed himself to women here last summer. Jessica Reed says her daughter was one of them.

"My daughter was exposed last year by some guy on this same park yeah," said Jessica. She's evens even more concerned because police say this latest incident happened Saturday during the day around 3:30 in the afternoon when the park is packed.

"It's amazing because you can see the park is really crowded, lots of people here taking their dogs for a walk and lots of families here at the zoo. It's horrible," said Jessica.

An investigation also implicated Saienni as the suspect in a September 25, 2013 flashing incident in which he exposed his genitals to a passing female jogger in Brandywine Park.

Saienni was charged with two counts of indecent exposure and released on $2,000 unsecured bond.
