New Castle County Detectives are continuing their efforts to identify the suspect involved in the shooting death of Manuel Ramirez that occurred on Tuesday (4/22) in the New Castle Mobile Home Park. New Castle County Detectives needs the public help in identifying the suspect involved in the shooting death of Manuel Ramirez that occurred on April 22.

The incident happened inside the New Castle Mobile Home Park. Police say the suspect is described as a black male, dark complexion, about 30 years of age, average build, bald and wearing a green/blue shirt.
