Police: Man Exposed Himself To 15-Year Old Female

Philadelphia Police are looking to identify the suspect who exposed himself to a 15 year-old female in Logan.

On March 25 at 7:10 am, an unknown man exposed himself to a 15 year-old female student in front of Girls High located at 1400 West Olney Avenue.

After exposing himself the suspect fled and was last seen at SEPTA's Olney Station where he was captured on surveillance video.

Police describe the suspect as a black male between 30-40 years-of-age, dark complexion, approximately 5’7” in height, medium build, with a beard. He was last seen wearing jeans, dark colored jacket, and a white and blue plaid shirt.
