Police Issue “Gold Alert” For Missing Delaware Man

Claymont,DE- New Castle County police have issued a Gold Alert for Norberto Ramos, 44.

Police say during the early morning hours of Sunday, May 11th, New Castle County Police responded to the block of Colby Avenue (Knollwood) in Claymont for a missing person report.

Ramos' address and vehicle description is unknown to authorities.

According to officers, they learned Ramos was last seen on a messaging application with a friend.

Police say there is a concern for his safety and welfare.

Authorities describe Ramos as a Hispanic male, approximately 5'7", approximately 200 lbs. with black shoulder length hair, brown eyes and a mustache. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt.
