Plane Forced To Make Landing At PHL Due To Cracked Windshield

PHILADELPHIA -

US Airways Flight 768 from Orlando landed at PHL Thursday afternoon due to a cracked windshield.

A Philadelphia International Airport spokesperson says that they believe the cracked windshield was caused by hail.

The aircraft is out of service for a hail inspection and the top layer of the windshield is being replaced.

No injuries were reported.
