Delaware State Police Search For Suspect In TD Bank Robbery

REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. -

Delaware State Police say they are searching for a suspect responsible for robbing a bank at the Midway Outlets in Rehoboth Beach, Del., Sunday afternoon.

According to police, the incident happened at approximately 1:50 p.m. at the TD Bank located at 34980 Midway Outlet Drive.

Authorities say the suspect approached the female teller and presented a demand note for money. The teller turned over an undisclosed amount of money, according to police.

The suspect fled the bank on foot. No injuries were reported.

Police describe the suspect as a white male, 30-40 years of age, 5'09"-6'0" tall, 200 lbs, stocky build, and black hair. He was last seen wearing a red short-sleeve shirt with "Blue Crabs Delaware" in blue letters written on the front, khaki shorts and sneakers.
