VIDEO: Suspects Captured On Camera During Lawndale Night Club Shooting

Police say two men were involved in a shooting in Lawndale.

It happened on the 6300 block of Rising Sun Avenue when two males were captured on camera walking down the street around 2:00 a.m.

Police say a short time later one of the suspects returned and knocked on the door of Rendevous Club located at 6328 Rising Sun Avenue and was let inside.

After exiting the club, the suspect began pointing a handgun in the crowd when a 19 year-old male employee at the club stated he heard someone say “don’t shoot.”

Police say that same employee ran and was struck him in his left thigh. The suspect then fled the area on foot in an unknown direction.

The employee was treated at Albert Einstein Medical Center for his gunshot wound then released.

Police describe the first suspect as a black male, 20 years-of-age, wearing a blue shirt, green shorts, blue shoes, and armed with a handgun.

The second suspect as a black male, 20 years-of-age, wearing a blue shirt, jean shorts. This suspect returned wearing a grey sweatshirt and blue pants.
